Guided Tours of the MV Balmoral

Tours on the hour from 12:00 on Saturday 15th July and Sunday 16th July. The Balmoral was incredibly popular for holidaymakers providing day trips around Britain’s coast before cheap flights to Spain became the preferred holiday destination. Tours take in the vast engine room and the bridge and reveal how this heritage vessel works, made an income in the past and how it is being used today and in the future. The ship can take up to 700 passengers out at sea and has a team of 50 award-winning volunteers that are restoring it to sail again next year. Tours are free - there is music and a family-friendly bar onboard.
