Applications to perform at Bristol Harbour Festival 2026 are now open! The deadline for applications is Friday 27th February but decisions may be made sooner so get your applications in early!
We encourage applications from underrepresented groups or groups that haven't been involved in the festival before. If you have any questions about the application process, please email: harbourfestival@proudevents.co.uk.
If you are an individual, group or organisation wishing to participate in the festival, please complete the suitable Expression of Interest form below. If you have a ready-made act/activity or a brand new idea that meets the festival’s mission and aims, we would love to hear from you! We will prioritise local talent, but applications are open to all. We particularly welcome applications from applicants that identify as being at risk of exclusion or from communities that are currently underrepresented at the festival.
