This chair yoga workshop will be a gentle seated practise suitable for anyone, whether a wheelchair user or not. You can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable to. It is suitable for anyone who has not practised yoga before. We will explore some breathwork and gentle movement to support general well-being, regulate the nervous system and reduce the impact of stress. I will offer lots of options and suggestions, so there will be something for everybody to join in with. Come along and experience a beautiful 30minute seated yoga practise and leave feeling settled and at peace.
