Olive Featherstone is an emerging indie musician and songwriter based in Bristol, known for her emotionally rich soundscapes and vulnerable storytelling. Originally from Kent – the “Garden of England” – Olive has built a musical world that explores themes of depersonalisation, hopeless romanticism, and mental health with striking clarity.Her debut album I Was Wondering, Lost, released in 2022 and co-produced with longtime friend Calum Wotherspoon, received praise from CLOUT, CLASH, and Earmilk for its immersive production and lyrical depth. Tracks like ‘Lie Down’ offered a raw glimpse into Olive’s personal experiences with mental health, winning over audiences and critics alike.Since then, Olive has become a staple of Bristol’s vibrant indie scene, having supported artists such as John Myrtle, Mumble Tide, Cathy Jain, and Julia Bardo. Her live shows blend dreamy textures, heartfelt lyricism, and magnetic stage presence — captivating listeners with every performance.Now, Olive is back in the studio working on her second album, due for release later this year.
