Wildlife Hunt with Wildscreen ARK

There has never been a greater need for young people to feel connected to nature - nature has profound benefits not just for the health of the planet, but for own health and wellbeing. Wildscreen ARK is designed to inspire curiosity about the natural world and empower people to protect it. We do this by giving you a hub that takes you on a journey from the nature you care about already, to the nature you might care about in the future. Wildscreen ARK is the newest version of ARKive, a project created by Christopher Parsons, a founding member of the BBC Natural History Unit and the Wildscreen charity. He was passionate about projects that brought nature to a wider audience. ARKive was one of these. A huge, free, multimedia project documenting the lives of 16,000+ endangered species with over 100,000 videos, photos and authenticated fact files. It was with regret that ARKive was retired in 2019, so we are excited to announce a new chapter in its history. Wildscreen ARK is generously funded by The Linbury Trust, Garfield Weston Foundation and The Nisbet Trust, with in-kind support from Rocketmakers.
