As the Bristol Harbour Festival once again celebrates all the city's communities and cultures, a stellar line-up of artists, bands and choirs has been put together to celebrate music from down the years.

Kicking off Bristol Harbour Festival in true ship shape and Bristol fashion on Friday night, Jimmy Cliff headlines an evening of musical legends presented by Colston Hall. The line-up also feature legendary hip-hop originator Grand Master Flash the iconic Trojan Records.

On Saturday one of Bristol's best-known choirs, the Gurt Lush Choir, will perform with the city's Man Chorus before the Severn Jazzmen, Bristol Reggae Orchestra, Troubadour Folk Remembered, Yola Carter and Black Roots will entertain the crowds.
